- Research
- Operators – identify & negotiate partner contracts

Experience of working on mixed used development or working on 2 or more of the following development types
- Residential
- Office & Commercial
- Retail
- Hospitality (Hotel & Leisure)
- Industrial

Experience in Risk Management on complex multi phase projects, includes:
- Land acquisition
- Zoning
- Legal Property
- Market Volatility

Financial Acuity, able to read, analyze, and interpret complex financial reports

Experience of working internationally and with multi cultural teams, prior experience of the Middle East, North African and/or Asian Markets an advantage
