Construction Job Title: HR Manager

Our client is a well established and market leading construction company in the Gulf region. They have more than 40 years of experience as a HeavyCivilBuilding and Infrastructure Contractor and now employ in the region of 11,000 individuals all over the Gulf.
Due to their ever increasing workloads and an ambitious growth plan, our client is looking to appoint a senior HR Manager with extensive experience within the civil/construction sector in the Gulf region.

Job Description
The individual will be responsible for managing the day-to-day HR departmental activities including recruitment, employee relations, compensation and benefits, training and development and ensuring optimum productivity and employee morale. Provide accurate and timely HR statistical reporting, flagging trends and recommending solutions as appropriate. They will also be the main driver in regards to performance management and will put in place the various KPI's to enable that to happen. The ideal individual will have previous UAE/Gulf experience, particularly in regards to the contracting environment
